The accelerating rate of change in telecommunications technology, properly evaluated, selected and implemented, can offer you significant benefits.

Using the combined 90+ years of experience of our leadership team, we will ask the necessary questions

  • to determine which of the systems and services we offer best fulfills your needs, now and in the future
  • what’s the best configuration to optimize your total cost of ownership and Return on Investment (ROI)

We strive to have the following values guide us to a mutually profitable business relationship:

  • we will treat you as we expect to be treated!
  • we may not be the cheapest, hopefully not the most expensive, but clearly the most valuable!
  • we will be large enough to compete and serve, yet small enough to care!

In order to be able to offer you the best price/performance systems to meet your needs, CompuTel has aligned itself with manufacturers having the strongest of track records for advanced technology and corporate stability.

BEWARE - In the rapidly changing telecommunications marketplace, with numerous new entrants regularly, your equipment manufacturer needs to have a proven track record of long-term viability. The equipment you select today should be in place for 7 to 15 years. So should the equipment manufacturer and your local sales and service company.

Of the original 7 world-wide manufacturers of telecommunications systems, only one is still the same company as when it started over 100 years ago – NEC!

Others have gone bankrupt, e.g. Nortel of Canada and Telrad of Israel, or sold off the end-user portion of their telecom business, e.g. Siemens of Germany, Erickson of Sweden. Numerous other manufacturers of telecommunications systems have gone out of business or sold off what remained of their dwindling business – Executone, Comdial, Vodavi, and others. New entrants have come and gone after just a brief stay.
