Messaging applications are vital for businesses that want to ensure that every call is answered, even after hours or when everyone is busy, and that messages are properly and efficiently managed. IP Office offers several messaging applications: VoiceMail Lite, Embedded VoiceMail and VoiceMail Pro. They support features such as automated attendant, VoiceMail, unified voice and e-mail, and networked messaging.

Each IP Office system includes as a standard, no cost option, VoiceMail Lite. VoiceMail Lite is a server based application requiring a host PC. (See configuration requirements in Technical ).

IP Office – Small Office Edition and IP Office 406-V2 may optionally be equipped with Embedded VoiceMail.

IP Office 406V2 and 412 may optionally be equipped with VoiceMail Pro which is a server based application requiring a host PC. (See configuration requirements in Technical).
